80_s and 90_s Merch Studio

FULFILLMENT

Orders will ship out 1-3 days after all artwork is approved and/or optimized. Should Merch Studio, Inc. find ghost images, semitransparencies, or pixelation on images, the company will reach out to the client to inform them of the issues and request for better quality images. The DTF transfers will then be printed and shipped out within 3 days of receiving updated graphics.

SHIPPING

1. The primary shipping service to be used is United Parcel Services (UPS) and estimated delivery time is based on estimates given by UPS.

2. Shipping rates are estimated, and Merch Studio, inc. will will cover actual shipping costs up to 120% of the estimated shipping cost paid by the client when they order.

3. Should the actual shipping cost be more than 120% of the amount paid by the client, Merch Studio, Inc. reserves the right to invoice the client for additional shipping fees or to give the client the option of changing to a more economical shipping option.

RETURNS

To return a Merch Studio DTF Transfer Order:

1. Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at cs@merchstudio.co and request an RMA number.

2. Let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return, photos of the defective product and the reason you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

What can be returned: Clients can return defective transfers.Defective transfers include those that do not adhere to fabric, crack in one to two washes, and those that are misprinted. All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned. Merch Studio, Inc.'s responsibility ends when the transfers are delivered to the carrier. Merch Studio, Inc. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REFUNDING OR REPRINTING ORDERS THAT ARE DAMAGED OR DELIVERED LATE BY THE CARRIER (UPS/USPS OR FED-EX).

What cannot be returned/reprinted:

1. DTF Transfers that have color shifts due to print files submitted.

2. Pixelated prints that result from poor graphics submitted by the client.

3. Prints with grammatical/design errors made by designer.

4. Prints with a white outline/halo resulting from semitransparent pixels in original artwork.

5. Transfers that are damaged by the courier.

6. Gang sheets with overlaps, ghost images and other irregularities that were submitted or approved by the client for printing

No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned.

Returns for refund: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS:

Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
