A gang sheet is a 22" wide sheet where you can upload as many designs as you can fit.

Merch Studio sells our DTF Transfers in gang sheet format so that you can arrange your designs in a way that minimizes your costs and maximizes your profits.

Merch Studio Ultra Soft DTF Transfers have a standard width of 22" and are priced by the foot (length):

1-5 ft gang sheet: $6.00/linear ft

6-10 ft gang sheet: $7.50/linear ft

15 ft and 20 ft gang sheet: $5.50 per linear ft

We currently print and ship out your orders by 7:00 PM of the NEXT BUSINESS DAY (Mondays - Fridays only)

Pickup is 5:00 PM or before.

UPS Groound: 1-5 business days

UPS 3-Day Select: 3 Business Days

UPS 2nd-Day Air: 2 Business Days

UPS Next Day Air: 1 Business Day

NOTE: Weekends are not included when counting delivery time.

Your order comes with FREE SHIPPING INSURANCE. Simply email cs@merchstudio.co and we will take care of you.

Please note that the insurance company usually requires photos and other documentation, so we will need them before we can reship your orders.

Unfortunately, we can only reship your order with the same shipping speed as the damaged order, and you'll have to cover the extra cost if you would like a faster shipping speed.

Here's a 5-minute read that shows what you can do to make sure you get the best DTF Prints possible.

You can, but it is not recommended. For best results, you will need an even temperature and pressure on all parts of the transfer, and using unequal pressure and temperature may cause your transfer to look low quality. To avoid this, we recommend using a heat press.

You will receive an email and a text message(with your permission) notifying you that your order is on its way to you.

You can check the status of your order in your members page. We recommend creating a members account so that you can keep a record of your orders.

We try our best to accommodate cancellations. As long as the order has not been printed, we will accept order cancellations.

As our products are custom printed for you, we do not allow exchanges.

We do, however, accommodate request for changes in the design or gang sheet as long as your order has not been printed yet.

Unfortunately, DTF is still a very young technology that has a lot of bugs.

Although printing errors are unavoidable, we stand by our service and guarantee that we will replace bad prints. All you have to do is email cs@merchstudio.co and we will make sure to take care of you.
